Inside the drop routine at That’s A Awful Lot Of Cough Syrup

Merchandise lands here in batches and not seasons. The brand’s own online store receives fresh lines every week or two, and its shops in Los Angeles and Houston sell them after that. Read on 29 September 2026, the posting dates in that store’s feed cluster hard: twelve products on 24 July 2026, eleven on 12 September, ten on 25 September. Outside coverage of the label describes long lines at the Melrose Avenue store and limited-edition drops. Nowhere is a drop calendar published. Stock empties fast, and that day athletic shorts 619 of 1,443 size variants were sold out, close to 43 percent.

The one ongoing mechanic is the mystery item: a mystery tee at about $75, mystery shorts at about $50, at the brand’s own store as of September 2026. Take those as a snapshot only, because prices and stock move constantly. Restocks are often promised in listings for alocs clothing and cough syrup clothing; the brand has promised nothing of the kind. Because no restock policy is published, a sold-out size may never return.

Working through the documented collaboration record

In date order, what follows is every collaboration and activation the research documents, and nothing is added from resale chatter. The source is named in each entry: coverage published at the time, a partner’s own post, the brand’s blog, or a store feed date. All a feed date records is when product went live, not when a deal was struck. Several entries are thin and stay thin. Where a piece list or a price was never published, none is invented here. The brand’s name points to promethazine-codeine cough syrup, known as lean; that is why the medical and horror imagery appears in these releases.

8 April 2023: the pop-up staged with Cookies

First by date is the collaboration with Cookies, the brand co-founded by Berner. The launch came on 8 April 2023 under the name That’s A Awful Lot Of Cookies. Cookies hosted the drop as a pop-up at its store at 8360 Melrose Avenue. An outside publication covered it at the time, which puts it in the confirmed column. There is no piece list and there are no prices in that coverage. Note it as a dated event, not a catalogue entry.

28 April 2023: BlueBucksClan, and That’s A Awful Lot of Legendary

It was titled That’s A Awful Lot of Legendary and released on 28 April 2023 at the 7669 Melrose Avenue flagship. Three weeks later came a capsule with the Los Angeles duo BlueBucksClan. The late Drakeo The Ruler was honored by the drop, and every account of it leads with that. This is one of the few releases an outside publication documented at the time. Date this one and stop, if you are cataloguing thats a awful lot of cough syrup collaborations. What the sourcing covers is the event and the intent, not the fabric.

11 March 2024: the 310babii collaboration

The brand’s own blog announced a collaboration with 310babii on 11 March 2024. The only source is that post, which leaves the date solid and the substance thin. A March 2024 stretch opens here that was busy even by this label’s standards, four activations in nineteen days. Even read against the store feed, the blog does not settle which products belonged to it. The piece count, the colorways and the prices are fixed by nothing. A name and a date are the honest entry.

14 to 17 March 2024: Rolling Loud California

The biggest activation on the record is Rolling Loud California, staged from 14 to 17 March 2024 at Hollywood Park in Inglewood. The brand built a carnival on site, with arcade games and a swing ride, and ran two onsite stores across the four days. That, from the brand’s own release, is the whole sourced description. Neither an attendance figure nor a product list is documented. Something that size is not a capsule: it sold product, yet it was staged as an attraction. A rare fixed date range for temporary retail under the awful lot of cough syrup banner also comes from it.

19 March 2024: the Got Sole pop-up

The record is a recap on the brand’s own blog, the label’s account of its own booth. Two days after the festival closed, the brand appeared at Got Sole in Los Angeles on 19 March 2024. Since Got Sole is a sneaker and streetwear convention, this is trade-show retail, not a partnership. No documentation shows a collaborative product exclusive to that weekend. What the entry gives is a date and the fact that the brand works conventions. Inflating it further would be fabrication.

29 March 2024: the Dodger Collection release

The Dodger Collection closed March out, published on the brand’s blog on 29 March 2024. The post names a hoodie, a tee, a fitted cap and a dad hat, and kids tees, which is the clearest piece list in this record. It is also the only documented headwear inside a named collection, which matters practically. The store’s hat collection returns no products as of September 2026, so no cap from it can be bought new. Nothing in the post establishes whether any license sat behind the name. Put the date at March 2024 and describe the contents as the brand did.

April 2024: Trapstar London

The strongest evidence on this page belongs to Trapstar, because the London label published the collaboration from its own verified accounts in April 2024. Evidence coming from a partner outweighs a reseller’s caption, and it removes the question of who authorized what. On a resale platform, a Trapstar collaboration hoodie is catalogued at about $150 retail under a spring 2025 season code. No official piece list beyond the hoodie is documented. Because resale platforms hold secondhand records, that figure is reported rather than confirmed. Among every entry here, this is the one to lean on hardest.

1 August 2025: the Rhime shoes

As of September 2026 The Rhime Shoes sat at about $100, down from about $200, at the brand’s own store; prices change. Footwear entered the catalogue through Rhime USA, whose shoes were published to the store on 1 August 2025. Tracing most of its collaborations means reading dated posts, since they never get a permanent catalogue home. No launch coverage outside the store listing was found. Inside the store’s own collaborations collection they are the only product. The entry reads as a product record with a publication date, not an announced event.

24 July 2026: the Stinc Team drop

Stinc Team is the most recent documented collaboration, published to the store on 24 July 2026. An ALOCS x Stinc Team Dragon tee and shorts make it up, plus a wider Awful Lot Of Stincs capsule. No press release accompanied it in the material reviewed. Shorts in it sat at about $150 at the brand’s own store as of September 2026. That date is a store feed date, so what it marks is when product went live. Confirmed as product is the claim here, and it is narrower than confirmed as a campaign.

What is confirmed, what is claimed and what merely circulates

Everything above rests on a dated source, and three further items do not. First is a capsule the store published on 12 September 2026 under the ALOCS x YSL name, a bandana at about $30 up to a hoodie at about $200. The products are real and the brand sells them, yet nothing establishes who the other party is, so no partner is named here and the capsule stands as unconfirmed. The second of them is a Cartoon Network collaboration, appearing on resale listings and in a store collection name but with no announcement and no licensing confirmation. The third of them is an LRG collaboration at ComplexCon, which the brand’s own press release names once with no date attached. Both of those lack independent confirmation, and calling either a licensed collaboration would be a guess dressed as a fact. The table keeps the two columns apart on purpose. Music artists are also named in that press release as past merch collaborators, which is the brand’s undated claim about itself.
